Responsible For
  • Supporting the sales team by coordinating sales activities and managing customer inquiries
  • Utilizing SAP HANA software to enter and maintain customer data, sales orders, and inventory information
  • Generating sales reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Liaising with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets
