Route and HHT Administrator


Work Closely with Mai Dubai Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Happiness center and Sales team to ensure all IT related services are online and running, as well perform general IT administrative tasks that help to ensure the smooth functioning of an organization’s HHT related systems.
To co-ordinate all key administrative and business improvement activities of the Van Sales, Presales, Route, and Mobile Applications system

Responsible For
  • Assist in determining, developing, and implementing an organization's information technology goals
  • Responsible for the overall HHT projects and integrations pertaining to Van sales, Presales including Route optimization and E-Commerce Applications
  • Maintain and monitor all network, security, and computer systems to meet the organization's current and future requirements
  • Resolve day to day activities pertaining to Sales; Driver Over and Short research and resolution
  • Maintain good working relationships with all service providers and vendor to ensure that services received meet expected requirements of contract
  • Manage all Point of Sales systems administration and functional issues including license / permission controls
  • Providing training and direction to Sales team on HHT Usage
  • Manage the sales HHT system and assist in continuous improvement
  • Maintain updated customer database with complete geocodes and address details
  • Take full supervisory control on HHT and Route optimization projects.
  • Support sales analyst for development of Annual Operating Plan, forecasts & quarterly business reviews & accurate periodic sales information & analysis
  • Creating and maintaining all types of Discounts and Trade Promo’s in HHT /SAP –
  • Ensure correct usage of Operations
  • Assist sales team in defining Journey plan on HHT/SAP systems
  • Monitor and ensure the daily and weekly backup and safekeeping of the critical HHT databases
  • Responsible for Documenting all operational Manuals and HHT procedure
  • Fulfill all Mai Dubai Internal and External audit requirements and submit the documentation
  • Adhere to Mai Dubai IT Policy and procedure and defaulter to be reported to Management
  • Maintain and Manage HHT related Hardware and responsible for installation, upgrades, and Troubleshooting, and co-ordinate with vendor on warranty fix and damage repairs
  • Ensure that business application patches, fixes are tested and deployed in a timely manner, with proper testing conducted and approval obtained before deployment
  • Monitor the DR setup with HHT and related services, conduct DR run as per Mai Dubai policies
  • Manage all User access controls and document all related requests and conduct User access review
  • Assist IT team in terms of timely Server patching, upgrades and ensure all security guidelines for HHT related servers and services are followed
  • Manage and maintain the HHT and related assets and document all the handover to the internal and external parties
  • Monitor and resolve all the HHT related Helpdesk tickets within the agreed SLA timelines
  • Responsible for overseeing the daily management of inbound and outbound transactions and master data integration between ERP and HHT. Monitoring integration processes, troubleshooting integration issues
  • Ensure accurate and proper allocation of promotional volume forecast & POS material across all areas & channels
