Mai Dubai announces official partnership with Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships for third year in a row

Company named as the ‘Official Water Sponsor’ for one of the most awaited sporting events in the UAE

Mai Dubai, the bottled water brand owned by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), announced its partnership with the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships 2022, becoming the event’s ‘Official Water Sponsor’ for the third consecutive year. The Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships, one of the most anticipated sporting events in the UAE, is slated from February 14 to 26, 2022.

Mai Dubai’s efforts to stay connected to sports and active lifestyle enthusiasts have helped the brand establish a strong footprint throughout the UAE in a short period of time. Over the years, Mai Dubai has supported major sporting activities including cricket, basketball, golf, Tough Mudder, Paralympics, as well as the Dubai Fitness Challenge and the Mai Dubai City Half Marathon. The brand has a strong presence across the region and ensures the delivery of bottled water in line with the needs and requirements, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

The tournament line-up showcases a number of top players, with the women’s tournament featuring Garbine Muguruza, two-time champion Simona Halep, Elina Svitolina, Petra Kvitova, and the 2019 winner Belinda Bencic. The men’s tournament, which commences on February 21, will also feature a number of notable players, including Novak Djokovic, along with Aslan Karatsev, Andrey Rublev, Denis Shapovalov, and former champion Roberto Bautista Agut.
